You will:

- Ensure that all registration is done according to guidelines
- Participate in the continued optimisation of the global TECH Service Desk
- Drive user behaviour to increase Self Service
- Act as users' advocate in TECH and follow through on tickets
- Fluent in English and French
- Basic grasp of troubleshooting hardware and software products
- Understanding network concepts
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Service minded and customer-centric approach.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and great team player
- Strong communication skills

**Your Responsibilities**

You will have a key position in providing support to our regional offices mainly in Europe, but also occasionally in Asia, Australia, and America. You will have the opportunity to influence the optimisation of our support so that we work smarter, not harder.

We are a TECH Service Centre based in Malaga, Spain, but spread over 10 different countries, with 60 supporters. We provide remote service to our 10.000 BESTSELLER colleagues both in offices and stores. The environment is very dynamic, and we enjoy a positive and informal atmosphere.
