Key Responsibilities
Support daily service operations by performing routine service tasks requested to support all Iberia employees deliver a best in class employee experience for the assigned HRS pillar
Perform administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, employee queries, payroll, system changes etc.
Communication with consultancy, assistance with contracts, new-hires registration and termination of employees
Employee Benefits management and direct contact with suppliers
Management of the Total Wellness program
Provide input for the development and delivery of communication materials related to programs, plans, policies, processes
Perform audits and validations of transactions. Examine and verify data for accuracy and consistency

Required Education and Skills
University student ideally in HR related field or International Business and Administration
Excellent English is a must
Excellent communication skills
Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, high energy, engaging personality
Result-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.
Short experience in HR is a big advantage
Experience with an ERP system (Workday preferred) is a big advantage
