**Description**:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspire and provide excellent customer service
- Greeting arriving guests and retrieving their luggage
- Escorting guests to their rooms, explaining the room facilities
- Deliver luggage, messages, faxes, packages to guests and to undertake various other requests in order to ensure their comfort
- Transport departing guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby, ensuring that the guest has verified that all luggage has been accounted for
- Assist with keeping lobby area clean and orderly
- Ensure that luggage has been stored safely according to prescribed procedures
- Be fully aware of what functions are going on in the hotel
- Provide gracious, attentive, and friendly service
- Communicate with other departments in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately communicate with other shifts regarding issues arising from day to day operations
- Other duties are required
**Requirements**:
- VIP customer service
- Bilingual, English and
- Open availability, able to work late nights, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent guest relation and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and team mentality
- An understanding of Ibiza/Mykonos culture and events plus a love of the Pacha group.
- Desirable_
- Knowing of a 3rd language
- Relevant training certificate
