Shop Assistant

We are looking for shop assistant for our shop in Benalmadena, Monday-Friday 9:30-14:00 and 17:00-20:00

What the role involves:

- Greeting customers who enter the shop
- Restocking shelves and ensuring the shop is well organised and visually appealing
- Providing product information, suggestions, and recommendations
- Responding to customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone
- Processing cash and card payments
- Participating in visual merchandising and store decoration efforts
- Keeping track of inventory levels and communicating with the management team
- Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Upholding a clean and tidy shop environment

Skills and experience required:

- Fluent English and Spanish language skills
- Understanding of the Expat and Spanish market
- Some solid retail experience (other relevant experience will also be considered)
- A friendly and engaging personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- A genuine interest in design, party decor, and creative aesthetics
