As an Operational Analytics Expert, you will be focused on driving the design and development of certain Operational Analytics Data Products that provide insights and data automation in multiple aspects of the HCP, Rep and Patient journey.

**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead, Design, and maintain a specific Data Product to cover specific Operational Analytics processes such as field team performance, call planning & hr analytics among others.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to design and develop other data products
- Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Team to democratize the usage of the Operational Analytics Data Products within the company
- Collaborate on the transformation journey of the department by contributing to the reduction of manuals tasks and bringing up data operations to automate those tasks or processes that can be leveraged by technology

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Proven Data Product mindset and relevant experience in Data Products design and implementation
- Validated analytical skills with a focus on improving healthcare systems, via automation and data product creation.
- Proven knowledge about the core processes needed within Business Excellence to promote efficiency and proper operation of a commercial Pharma organization
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written)
