For our office in Madrid, we are looking for an **Insights & Analytics Lead **to drive our data landscape and how we analyze and implement the data across the business unit.

As our Insights & Analytics Lead you will work out of our office in Madrid 8 days per months and you will;
- Drive all insight generation end-to-end, from gathering/acquiring and storing data through to advanced analytics, visualization, and reporting.
- Partner with the business to recommend how insights be translated into recommendations and actions, providing support beyond the pure delivery of insights. Be responsible for the development and enhancement of reports / dashboards using multiple tools with a focus on Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps
- Maintain and optimize the data infrastructure behind our reporting systems (databases, master data management)
- Use internal & external information sources to provide insights into business performance and suggests area and methods of improving operations or leading to actionable business opportunities
This role gives you a great opportunity to make an impact on how we do business and ensure that we combine data across different sources to provide the right insights.
To that end you have
- Masters degree
- 5+ years of experience with statistical modeling techniques in a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Power BI, Python or R and SQL, and IDEs like Jupyter, with experience in leveraging available packages and libraries to accelerate time to market.
- Ability to develop advanced machine learning models using scikit-learn, Keras, or other machine learning frameworks.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
