**What will you do?**
**Location of role**: This role can be based remotely, but regular travel to our key sites, especially Eindhoven, Netherlands will be required.
In this role you will report directly to the TEM Solutions Manager and support the four TEM Portfolio managers in driving the Workflow-, System
- and Product-roadmap for our technologies.
**Your duties and responsibilities**:
- You will lead the strategic programming of all technology roadmaps on all different levels of Systems, Workflows, Modules, SW and NSR’s in the total End2End TEM Solution offering
- Implement meticulous review processes and set clear expectations around the key results of the technology program.
- Successfully lead and collaborate with multi-functional teams including marketing, manufacturing, service, and finance to ensure breakthrough specifications to be delivered.
- Run the program scope within the agreed budget, timeline and quality
**Qualifications and background**
**Required experience and education**:
- Long work experience from an R&D environment
- Several years validated experience of technology project management or as Technology execution manager, with ambition to continue to grow in a role as Technology roadmap manager
- Proven track record to lead project teams who work with sophisticated breakthrough technologies, using a defined product management process
**To succeed in this role you should**:
- Be a strong leader, capable of empowering your teams to achieve outstanding results. With an ability to build consensus among crucial team members that are not under your management.
- Be comfortable to regularly be working cross-functionally and must therefore be confident in communicating both upwards and downwards in the organisation.
- Have an ability to lead communication in complex technical settings towards a variety of audiences is very important.
- Build constructive and collaborative working relationships with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders.
- Enjoy being a technology scout and mentor for other engineers or managers in our TEM R&D department.
