As a Food & Beverage Trainee your main mission will be to create lasting memories providing an extraordinary experience for our guests by being genuine and delivering an uncomplicated service with the highest standards in our restaurant & bar, serving a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner in a fun and casual environment.
You will have the opportunity to work with our chef partner and Executive Chef who will create a unique food and drink offering for our restaurants and bars serving the Barcelona community.
You will participate in the development of the standards of the department to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, focusing on continuous improvement and work to exceed the departmental and hotel’s goals.
You will collaborate with your colleagues to create a new unique original experience for our guests, working with your team being an active brand ambassador to deliver an authentic and sophisticated service, and create a successful business.
