- Key Missions:

- Develop, execute and coordinate comprehensive communication strategies and frameworks aiming to expand the impact and visibility of EELISA, in terms of local permeation within EELISA institutions and external recognition of the Alliance's achievements and contributions.
- Collaborate closely with different EELISA stakeholders to provide ongoing support and guidance on how to promote their activities and achievements, aiming to accompany the successful implementation of EELISA.
- Design and implement targeted outreach initiatives to help EELISA achieve its short-term goals in terms of increasing outreach and maximizing its impact on the intended audience.
- Develop and oversee the dissemination plan aiming to share the knowledge generated by EELISA with other Alliances and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), enabling them to learn from EELISA's experiences and benefit from the valuable cross-fertilization of ideas and practices.
- Proactively promote EELISA as a role model connected to the European Universities values, and showcasing its accomplishments and best practices to a wide range of stakeholders, inspiring them to follow EELISA's path.

Tasks
The responsibilities of the communication director will be alinged with the specific requirements of the two different stages of the EELISA
EELISA Phase 1 (September
- October 2023)
- Design of the global communication, dissemination and branding strategy of EELISA and its projects portfolio.
- Coordination of the EELISA Central Communication Office’s team (EELISA Communication Assistant and EELISA Social media manager).
- Supervision, management and production of press releases and media content for EELISA communication channels: EELISA website and EELISA newsletter.
- Supervision and co-creation of the EELISA on-line Resource Center with FAU team.
- Supervision of strategies and content shared in EELISA Social media

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND SELECTION PROCESS
- Minimun 5 years of experience in similar posts
- Minimun 3 years of experience in higher education institutions and European University Alliances
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the development of impactful narratives and innovative contents linked to culture and education. Settings.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.

SALARY 37. 500
Contrato: Ley de la Cinecia revisable noviembre, en funciones y salario para efectos en noviembre.
