Ibiza My Villa is looking for a Chief Concierge who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.

Our Chief Concierge will have the opportunity to shape the guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service.

The main duties include:

- Check guest profiles and guest history prior to the guest arrival.
- Develop a network of suppliers and create new business agreements.
- Respond to a wide variety of guests and agents requests by accurately assessing and responding to the their needs, then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Handle all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating requests whenever possible.
- Handles additional requests from supervisor as directed.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Assures that desk collateral and information for villas, restaurants, beach club, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.
- Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with preferred vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests and agents.
- Organise transfer and vehicles rentals for guests and agents.
- Utilises a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements to assure proper billing and to schedule efficiently every service provided and booked for guests and agents, so as to make the process smooth and clear for proper communication between the various departments involved.
- Create a work process and coordinating the tasks of the head concierge assistant for whom he/she will be directly responsible.
- Be proactive and anticipate the complete requirements to make the experience a success.
- Inquire as to the success or enjoyment of the recommendations made.
- Maintain a daily record (via software) of all requests, reservations and confirmations for guests.
- Be knowledgeable of all in-house and arriving guests.

We are looking for an individual who have a solid knowledge of the location, are hands on and have strong business acumen, good communication skills and are able to evidence professionalism and adaptability. Knowledge of foreign languages is mandatory. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. At least one years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury environment is preferred.

Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.

Knowledgement of concierge software as Go Concierge, Alice, Stay, Easy Way, etc
