Buscamos un Contract Manager con experiência entre 2 a 5 años en análisis y seguimiento de contratos EPC y su efectivo cumplimiento.

**Funciones**
- Análisis de contratos internacionales en todo ciclo de vida de los proyectos (ingeniería, ejecución y operación y mantenimiento)
- Apoyo al resto de áreas de proyecto en la negociación y cierre de contratos
- Seguimiento del cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales como: cumplimento de eventos contractuales en plazo, detección de incumplimiento y comunicación de posibles riesgos contractuales..
- Elaboración y redacción de informes y reclamaciones

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura/Grado en Derecho y/o titulación en ingeniería
- Se requiere un nível B2 de Inglés
- Valorable experiência internacional y presencia en obra
- Experiência y /o conocimiento de contratos internacionales estandarizados (FIDIC, NEC, etc.).
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Ubicación del puesto de trabajo: Zamudio, Bizkaia
