**Temporary position (Paternity Leave)**
**Responsabilities**:
- Adapt and deploy Pan-European training programs to the dealer network
- Attend regular & specific meetings with Nissan headquarters, to share current & future projects
- Provide info to Nissan headquarters (KPIs follow up, training % attendance, e-learning completion...)
- Develop and implement local training needs, as per Nissan Academy's own criteria and according to other areas needs / specific requests
- Nissan Academy's budget management, follow-up and regular reporting to top managers
- Build the training calendar in line with Nissan headquarters' schedule and local needs / requests
- Nissan Academy On-line (LMS) management, using an external resource (1 administrative): dealer staff population registered, courses registration, maintain a good level of the quality of the data stored, courses & classes creation, track attendees registration & attendance...
- Adapt and deploy materials received from NAE (face to face, e-learning, pocket guide, Virtual Class Training...)
- Deal with the relevant areas (Marketing, After Sales, Sales...) in order to confirm that training contents are updated and valid at the time of delivery
- Check dealer network needs, in terms of knowledge & skills, and deploy training programs accordingly
- Manage relationships with training suppliers
- Reporting of training activities & results
- Purchase Order creation and Goods Receipt management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in or out Automotive business, Sales and/or Aftersales
- Preferred course of study: sales, marketing and administration
- Fluent Spanish AND English
