Join us as a **Marketing Project Intern** to spearhead the development of a new division within our Marketing & Comms Team.

You will help with launching and managing cross-functional marketing campaigns and you will work closely with Cristina, our Events and Ecosystem Expert, to integrate these efforts across our partner ecosystem and operational channels.
- As a Marketing Project Intern, you will contribute to Qonto's dynamic marketing strategies, impacting how our brand interacts with customers and partners across multiple channels.

**‍‍ As a Marketing Project Intern Spain at Qonto, you will**:

- Assist in the creation and management of a new marketing area focused on cross-team campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support the operational aspects of campaign launches, including follow-ups with partners and comprehensive campaign management.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of content, social media, and website updates.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide insights based on campaign results and stakeholder feedback.

**About your future manager, Cristina Gómez**:
**Her path**: With an academic background in audiovisual media, Cristina decided to start marketing in the corporate world to impact businesses through communication and brand activations. She worked for more than 3 years in Tech companies leading the marketing area and then she moved to events agencies, where she led production teams to produce B2C and B2B events such from different sectors as automotive, pharmaceuticals, and retail until she joined Qonto as our Events and Ecosystem Advisor since 2021.

**What she can bring to you**: Cristina after more than 8 years working and leading marketing and events teams loves building synergies between areas, putting new initiatives in place, and seeing how to achieve the business needs across events and partnerships collaborations. You can expect to have a vision in both areas and be able to participate and collaborate with the marketing team, having support and mentorship. She promotes a healthy, collaborative, no-blame work environment and believes in continuously improving the team organization.

**About You**:

- **Experience**: Experience: You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have strong **organizational and project management** abilities and excellent **analytical** and **critical thinking** skills.
- You are proficient in communication and capable of managing stakeholder relationships.
- You have **leadership potential** and a **proactive approach** to problem-solving.
- **Languages**: Fluency in both **English** and **Spanish** is required.
