After over a decade in the skies, we have now flown more than 55 million passengers. Today, we serve over 100 destinations in 18 countries, actively consolidating our position among the top European airlines in the industry.
In recent years, we have raised our travel capacity more than most competitors, increasing our number of aircraft, routes, destinations, employees, and markets. Throughout this journey, our team continues to excel and grow stronger as our services gain recognition amongst an expanding European audience. Our main markets are France, Italy, Spain, and Greece. We have 19 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, and Lyon in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece, and Hamburg in Germany.
We are hiring a** Crew Capacity and Manpower Analyst** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

**What you will do**:
- Coordinate the entire process of sourcing and managing headcount in Volotea Flight and Cabin Crew.
- Define and supervise the recruitment, and manpower planning procedures to ensure efficient crew availability.
- Ensure optimal utilization of crew resources, balancing efficiency, quality of life, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain operational and performance reports, models, and tools related to crew manpower management.
- Lead the development of processes and systems for accurately forecasting and managing headcount.
- Identify trends and deviations from strategy, proposing and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate projects to improve workforce availability and efficiency, collaborating with stakeholders from Crew Scheduling, Operations, Training, and Human Resources.
**What you will need**:
- Experience working in airline
- Experience in working with AIMS and Aviation Flight Time Limitations.
- Proficiency knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of database language or structure design is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach, continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
- Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and work under pressure.
