**Mission**
- **To manage civil and military approvals and certificates: PERAM 21G, Part21G, ISO-EN-AQAP.**:

- **To manage Quality System**:

- **To manage metrology function
**Main Activities**
- To manage the civil/military approvals: EASA Part 21G, PERAM 21G
- To manage the standardization process for new installations (HUB) and maintenance of already existing certified locations
- To prepare documents to support Certificates and Approvals. Related to this point, the creation and update of necessary manuals.
- To Participate in the harmonization process for documents describing harmonized activities
- To perform trainings to AHE / Subcontracted staff, including:

- Quality Fundamentals
- POA Module 1 training
- POA Module 2 training
- POA light
- Process Management
- To perform monitoring of the KPIs related to the EM3-01
- To Perform the monitoring of Certifying staff belonging to HUB activities
- To organize with authorities / Certifying Bodies the annual audit planning.
- Organize the necessary actions to close on time the findings derived from the audits performed by Authorities and Certifying Bodies
- To lead the Change Process for the new activities or changes to the terms of approvals related with Civil and Military Regulations
- Interface between Operations Department and Authorities.
- Support Metrology Function.
- Act as Quality SAP Key User.
- To ensure the follow up and closure of any non conformities identified during the audits. To coordinate, request, monitor and validate the corrective action plans or plans for findings closure.
- To notify the Company’s staff the changes of the Regulation and evaluate and distribute regulations / standards within the company.

**Professional Experience**
- Engineering degree
- 3 years experience in aeronautical sector.
- Experience in quality/aviation safety will be valued.

**Personal Attributes**
- Skills to manage relations with authorities
- Use of quality documentation, including regulations and standards
- Knowledge of Civil / Military Production aviation legislation (EASA Part 21G - EMAR 21G)
- Knowledge of ISO9001/EN9100/EN9110/PECAL2110-2310
- Fluent in English
- Good team-working skills
- Negotiation skills
- Familiar with popular IT Tools (G- Workspace, SAP,)
- Knowledge on metrology activities
