**Job Description**:
As a member of the Project Management Team and in collaboration with a team of IDIADA you will act as Voice of Customer leader.

In this role, you will be responsible to:

- Lead and plan the market research for target segment
- Analyze competitor models
- Identify the adaptability of various models to market needs
- Prepare the product competitiveness analysis report
- Capable of doing Subjective assessments/evaluation of vehicle attributes
- Develop VTS (Vehicle Technical Specification) target for ‘Customer Function’ attribute
- Develop Operating Procedures to validate all Customer Function elements

**Qualifications**:

- More than 5 years’ experience as project engineer in automotive projects
- Background in testing (virtual or physical) at complete vehicle and/or at module level
- Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal, team and communication skills
- Available to travel according to project requirement

Desired background:

- Experience in marketability and Automotive product evaluation from client point of view
- Experience to work with international and multidisciplinary teams

Education
- Ms. Engineering degree.

Language skills
- Excellent written and oral English.
