**The positions**
- As a Statistical Programming Specialist, you will be an expert in statistical programming deliverables and take responsibility for ensuring consistency and standardization across the clinical project. You will drive various working groups where statistical programming expertise is required and ensure the content and quality of programming deliverables for authority interactions. If you are looking for a challenging role that offers opportunities to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, this is the job for you- As a Principal Statistical Programmer, you will be driving the strategic programming objectives of designated projects, shaping and driving content and quality of both clinical data standards and programming deliverables for submissions and authority interactions. You will serve as a role model as programming expert, mentor, and inspiration for the team. This is an informal and scientific leadership role that requires a thorough analysis and interpretation of internal and external factors to ensure consistency and relevant standardization across the clinical projects on programming activities. Join us and play a key role in shaping the future of clinical development- For at least one of the open positions, we are looking for a new ambitious colleague to take up the role as International Lead Programmer (ILProg) for different projects within cardiovascular and kidney diseases as well as Alzheimer’s disease. As ILProg you will be responsible for delivering results through problem-solving and ensuring understanding among colleagues. You define project standards through a project programming strategy, mentor and develop successors within the project area, and are fully responsible for clinical data flow and accessibility of data within the project. You will be the main contact to stakeholders such as data managers, medical doctors, safety surveillance advisers and medical writers.**Qualifications**
- The core requirements to succeed in these positions are:
At least 5-7 years of experience within clinical development or biostatistics
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive project progress, setting the direction with foresight and proactive decision-making
- Expert programmer within R, SAS, and/or Python
- Experience within submission preparation of clinical data to authorities- As a person you have a positive mindset and a passion for fostering constructive innovation.**About the department**
- Our Biostatistics organisation is almost 400 people with the majority located in Denmark and India, and smaller teams in Spain, China, Japan, UK and US. Primarily we perform our scientific and programming work in-house, thus we offer a wide variety of tasks and challenges and provide a strong scientific community.- Biostatistics is part of the larger Data Science organisation.
