**¿De qué trata el trabajo?**

Como Sumiller, darás apoyo en crear cartas de vinos, recomendarás maridajes y asesorarás a los clientes sobre la elección de vinos en función de sus preferencias y de la comida que elijan. Colaborarás con los chefs para maridar los vinos con la comida, darás apoyo en la gestión de la bodega y te asegurarás de que los vinos se sirvan correctamente.

**Tu día a día**
- Apoyo en la creación y actualización de la carta de vinos en coordinación con los/las chefs y el/la directora/a de Alimentos y Bebidas.
- Recomendar maridajes de comida y vino.
- Aconsejar a los clientes sobre los vinos en función de sus gustos personales y de la comida que elijan.
- Informar a los clientes sobre las distintas variedades de vinos.
- Asegurarse de que los vinos se sirven a la temperatura adecuada y en la cristalería apropiada.
- Almacenar correctamente las botellas abiertas para mantener un sabor intenso.
- Apoyo en la gestión de la bodega y asegurarse de que está bien surtida.
- Cumplir todas las normas de salud y seguridad

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- Licenciatura en hostelería o titulación en sumiller.
- Experiência de más de 2 años como sumiller, camarero/a de vinos o funciones similares.
- Español e inglés, idiomas adicionales serán altamente valorados.
- Capacidad para crear maridajes de buen gusto entre comida y vino.
- Amplio conocimiento de los diferentes vinos y de las regiones que producen cada tipo.
- Buenas dotes de comunicación.
