Our processing, blending and distribution site in Les Borges Blanques near Barcelona, Spain, is known for its specialty natural oils. The business, formerly known as Textron Plimon, became part of the Vantage group in 2019.

This state-of-the-art manufacturing facility produces many types of natural oils - rosehip, hempseed, pomegranate, black cumin, grapeseed and more - that go into beauty & personal care and food ingredients. Our site is certified to ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001, Kosher-certified standards.

The Role

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Import Export Assistant (M/F/d)
- Request of quotations to freight forwarders and coordination of the shipments from production site to final destination or respective warehouse
- Daily contact with freight forwarders to solve upcoming challenges and prevent possible delays
- Interface between Supply Chain and Customer Service, both locally and in the US to ensure transparent communication of the current status to the customer
- Responsible for up-to-date reports for Spain and France
- Preparation and review of transport documents RVD
- Creating of PO’s as well as stock management in SAP

DESIRED BACKGROUND
- Professional training in Logistics or comparable qualification.
- At least one year of professional experience, ideally in the chemical industry or production.
