**BUNGE **has an exciting opportunity available for a **Project Manager** to lead **_Industry 4.0 CAPEX Projects_**. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and oversight for the execution of allocated CAPEX at market level in collaboration with the respective factories in the area and champion safety in all areas of their expertise and ensures adequate process and construction safety is embedded in all projects.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- In charge of the planning and execution of mechanical and electrical activities.
- Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
- End to end team output strategy from inception to production
- Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters in production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.
- Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.
- Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
- Work closely with Industry 4.0 team to establish each project value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
- Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design.
- Align outward facing product requirements and coordinate, with local project manager and Market Projects leaders, the resources required for the projects identified in the investment plan in close cooperation with the factory management.

**Experience and Competencies**:

- +/- 7 years engineering experience with at least 3 years of experience managing others.
- English, other European language would be a plus.
- +/- 5 years’ experience in management of major engineering/construction projects including estimating, scheduling and cost control required; experience in oilseeds handling and processing is preferred.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of agile management practices and methods such as KANBAN, SCRUM, Lean, among others. Certification like PMP would be a plus.
- Knowledge Tools: Microsoft Office package, Microsoft Project, JIRA. Availability for frequent travels.
