**Responsabilites**:

- Manage and support all accounting functions within the company
- Manage and support all the month-end close and financial reporting, including Revenue, AP (+ageing), and GL
- Ensure month end and year-end closings are reliable and performed within required strict deadlines (IFRS and each Local accounting standards).
- Coordination with external consultants for fiscal declarations and needs.
- Assist auditors.
- Support preparation of yearly Financial Statements
- Participate in the accounting reporting process
- Manage specific internal control environment cycles and managing internal control.
- Ad hoc projects and assignments.
- Intercompany control
- Monitor cash flow in all companies and accounts
- Control money transmission tools and approval processes
- Managing bank accounts, operations, negotiations and payments for all financial entities.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the company.
- Responsible for bank reconciliations

**Profile**:

- Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or similar
- Minimum 3 years experience in accountancy
- Experience at an international accounting department or Big Four or similar outsourcing

department desirable.
- Experience working for an international environment & cross-functional and networked organization and monthly reporting experience.
- Superior communication skills in English, both spoken and written, to effectively address and influence all levels within the organization. Portuguese or Italian a plus.
- SAP knowledge is desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel
- NPGC (local Spanish rules) and IFRS. ITA GAAP (desirable)
- ERP implementation experience will be a plus.
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands
