**Duties**:

- Support and advise any area of the company on certifications, study of competitors and other bodies.
- Support and advise the rest of the company's departments on issues related to the integrated management system.
- Maintain and update the documentation process, policies, procedures, records, training and controls related to the IMS.
- Provide support in tasks related to the approval of suppliers, and their respective reviews.
- Provide support in relation to the completion of tender documents, questionnaires, and RFPs to pre-sales, TAMs and PMs of projects.
- Provide support to contribute to the successful outcome of internal and external audits by following up and resolving detected non-conformities.
- Record non-conformities, observations and opportunities for improvement arising from internal and external audits.

- Security standards applicable to the technology industry
- Audits (internal or external)
- Spoken and written English at an intermediate level.
- Flowcharting tools (Lucidchart, Airtable, ETC)
