**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic-minded Director of Operations to lead our operational excellence efforts. As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our internal processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution across all aspects of the organization. Your expertise in operational management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Planning & Cost Management**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans to achieve revenue and profit targets in alignment with company goals.
- Create detailed budgets, forecasting models, and financial scenarios to guide decision-making.
- Conduct regular analysis of financial performance, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide insights into variances and trends, offering recommendations for corrective actions.
- **Operational Strategy**:

- Establish a culture of accountability in the organization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's goals and vision.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive cost savings.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with various departments including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and HR to ensure cohesive operations.
- Establish a culture of accountability in the organization.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Evaluate existing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Lead initiatives to redesign processes, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Performance Metrics**:

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
- Monitor and analyze data to track progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- **Resource Allocation**:

- Optimize resource allocation across departments to ensure proper staffing, equipment, and materials.
- Balance workload to maintain operational efficiency while meeting business demands.
- **Quality Assurance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Proactively address potential challenges to maintain operational continuity.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a management role within digital advertising operations, specifically focused on User Acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- Focus on Business goals and company growth, align operational initiatives with broader business goals.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively.
