**MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

As the Giftset Site Initiative Leader and Supply Chain Leader you will be the Project Manager of the Giftset campaigns within Coty for brands such us Gucci / Hugo Boss / Burberry (among others), and also the single-point-accountable between Coty and the Third Party Manufacturers (TPM) for operational matters, keeping ownership of the operational results and a continuous improvement mindset at the TPM Supply Chain.

Falling under the External Operations (ExO) organization within Supply Chain, you will be the primary point of contact for Prestige Giftsets within Coty, going hand-in-hand with the other Supply Chain stakeholders: Giftset Initiative Leader (GSIL), Procurement, Giftset Packaging Experts, Planning and ExO Quality.

Main responsibilities:

- Execution of campaigns after handover from GSIL while delivering quality, cost and quantity targets (On-Time and In-Full), being accountable for the factory operational results.
- Organization and lead of key touch points with multifunctional teams, including the execution meetings with the TPMs, to ensure readiness and secure the CPS adherence.
- Make sure that all teams are aligned on key dependencies, establishing timings for each deliverable and identifying potential risks.
- Monitoring of all campaigns to show the status and report the KPI results into the local (PDCA) and TPM scorecards.
- Build action plans for the supply chain issues identified during project lifetime in collaboration with the different stakeholders: issue sheet preparation, problem-solving and post-mortem analysis, root causing every alert raised to the business/markets during the execution and every deviation vs the agreed commitments.
- Activate the alert process in case an issue cannot be contained and resolved within the TPM, ExO and Planning Hub perimeter. Communicate issues or risks to both the Lead Team and the business to make the necessary decisions.
- Single Point Accountable (SPA) for the TPM: coordination of Coty activities at the TPM through boundary management to avoid conflicting direction for multiple functions.
- Partner with key stakeholders to get the best operational performance from both the internal teams and the Third-Party Manufacturers and Suppliers.
- SLA (Service Level Agreement) to document the operating strategies.
- Cash and agility (i.e. lead time and MOQ) for pack and raw materials. Reporting, root causing and disposition of any off-book liability a the TPM.
- Supply Chain set-ups and exit processes in and out of TPMs.

**THE IDEAL FIT**
- Experience in Supply Chain and Project Management.
- English (professional working proficiency).
- SAP and MS Project highly recommended.
- People leader - with ability to motivate and enable a high performing organization.
