**Chardonnay Partners** is a Publishing House that helps to publish and scale mobile games.

As **QA/Ad Quality Manager**, you will organize and manage the testing of our products, test the quality of ads, and collaborate closely with the Monetization and Tech teams. Your duties will include: improving the current ads/ apps checking process, reporting process, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and lead QA strategy, approach, and execution;
- Proactively implement test strategies;
- Focus on continuous QA improvements including the usage of appropriate testing tools and test techniques;
- Ensure transparency with the Monetization / Tech departments;

**Requirements**:

- B1 or higher level of English; Russian language is highly desirable;
- Basic knowledge of mobile app testing and mobile ads;
- Ability to drive and influence projects to meet deadlines, client expectations, and quality assurance standards;
- Kibana, Sentry, Android studio experience;
**Nice to haves**:

- Development experience is a plus;
- Experience in mobile/web testing;
