**Your Role and Responsibilities**

You will work in the Service Manager's Office (SMO) department.
You will manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting and customer resource units.
We are looking for someone with an interest in working with data analysis, reporting... It could be a person how have advance knoledge in Office tools or Power BI.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- His/her main capabilities should be Office tools, such as excel and PowerPoint.
- Data mining and Power Bi or similar tools can be useful.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Techncial knowledge on IT departments would be appreciated.

High School Diploma/GED

Technical Diploma
