- Day-to-day transactions.
- Posting of sales and purchase invoices.
- Accounting tasks in the treasury area (recording bank entries, interest, customer collections, supplier payments, credit cards, taxes, loans, etc.)
- Bank reconciliations.
- Reconciliation and follow-up of collection management with customers.
- Supplier reconciliation.
- Reconciliation with the companies of the group (Cash Pooling).

What will you need as a successful Accounting Assistant?
- At least, equivalent to an FPI or FPII (accounting/administration area).
- Excellent English and Spanish, both in oral and in writing. Any other language is valued.
- A high level of IT literacy (Microsoft Package (Excel), Navision or Dynamics) will be a plus.
