**About the role
**In this rol you will **lead a team **of **Data Scientists **and **Engineers **to solve interesting, real-world problems that truly make a difference. Supported by our global knowledge base and network of skilled practitioners, and assisted by ongoing professional development and training, you will be a visible face of our technical solutions within Spain.**

**What are we looking for?
- **Phd. Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics **or related field.**:

- **At least 5 years as Senior Data Scientist and leading teams.**:

- **Excellent programming skills (essential) **R, Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, scikit-learn) **, experience in object-oriented programming and **pySpark.**:

- **Experience in natural language processing **(NLP) **and knowledge of Large Language Models **(LLMs).**:

- **Experience carrying out projects involving **Machine Learning algorithms **, ideally in a cloud environment with distributed computing.**:

- **Strong background in statistics and probability theory for hypothesis testing, regression analysis and experimental design.**:

- **Data handling skills, including cleaning, pre-processing and transforming raw data into usable formats for analysis and modelling.**:

- **Experience developing mathematical models and predictive algorithms (optimisation, supervised and unsupervised models, clustering, neural networks...), Deep Learning, MLOPs will be an asset.**:

- **Fluency in **English and Spanish (C1) **and strong communication skills
