5 Real Estate is Spain's fastest growing fixed-fee international estate agent. We sell houses for €999 +iva with no upfront costs and a full estate agency service. With 11 offices in the Costa Blanca and Murcia Region, and more on the way, we quickly becoming the go to agent in the region. We require a Sales Executive to join are established and growing team in Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa.

Tasks
- Work with buyers to help identify suitable properties matching their requirements
- Conducting property viewings with buyers and negotiating offers
- Ensure all client information is up to date and accurate in our CRM system
- Proactively market new properties to existing clients
- Understand the portfolio of properties that we have for sale

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Spanish. Other languages are advantageous.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and results-oriented approach
- Professional and friendly attitude
