Quality Senior Manager- Daimiel

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and evaluating quality and system standards to ensure reliability and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements;
- Investigating validation problems for systems and performance processes;
- Investigating outsourcing vendors and suppliers in order to verify organisation quality standards and policies;
- Conducting statistical analyses of testing results and process anomalies
- Defining and specifying activities, processes and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for a service or manufactured material, component, or product

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Business or Engineering field
- High technical background, specifically blades and composite materials
- Leadership and people management skills. Strong cooperation and communication skills; managerial courage
- Demonstrated Lean Skills. Lean / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt desired) - practitioner
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Budget and Finance acuity
