Executive Payroll, Pensions

An opportunity for an _expert in _**_Executive payroll, Pensions & Transversal Topics _**has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space **, **Getafe (Madrid).**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Main responsibilities are:

- Ensure correct implementation on HR policies and processes with a high level of compliance and quality
- Manage work life cycle for Executive population (Workday/SAP) in the day to day, but supporting as well projects and initiatives related, for tool and/or processes improvements. Ensure quality and timely process cases. Ensure transnational coordination for international cases.
- Deliver payroll campaigns for Senior Managers and Executives, like VP, LTIPs, etc. ensuring the correct timeline, compliance regulation and transnational coordination. Responsible for transferring the necessary information to the payroll team to ensure that the payroll is done correctly.
- Manage Pension Plans/Insurances for related population, planning budget, ensuring the relationship with the Insurance Companies related and ensuring the correct vehicles and payments.
- Manage ESOP (Employee Shares Ownership Program) payroll campaigns, supporting the best payroll definition and ensuring the transnational coordination.
- Support Employees’ Fund Pension Control Commission, delivering data and figures when needed.
- Run 7P Tax Services yearly campaigns ensuring a coordinated environment with all involved parties (Finance, Taxes, HR, Service provider, etc.) for the best approach for employees and company.
- Participate and/or manage national or transnational projects representing Reward Operations Spain (RO).
- Control, plan and follow up the external budget costs for RO.
- Support and deliver other transversal topics from RO.

- Education: Labour relations, business administration, law or other disciplines related to the position.
- Experience: More than 3-5 years of experiencies in related positions. Experience working with international taxation such as 7P will be highly valued.
- Soft skills : High adaptability to work on new topics, proactivity, ability to work autonomously, project management skills
- Languages: Advanced level in English and Spanish.
