- Establish commercial strategies for clients.
- Develop new services and products. - Establish commercial strategies for clients.
- Develop new services and products.
- Technical advice to clients/Formulation.
- The work will be in monogastric (75% poultry and 25% pork) and additives.
- Development of keys accounts, mainly in poultry farming.
- Supported work with poultry and pig farming teams.
- Coordination of these technical teams.
- International development in the group.
- Action at national level, with main area of action in the Mediterranean area: Navarra, Soria, Rioja, Zaragoza, Teruel, Valencian Community, Albacete, Murcia and Andalucia.
- Visits to other strategic clients or other projects outside that area.
- Management and availability of all company tools.
- The position offers short-term professional development to higher level management positions.
- To develop the monogastric area in Spain (poultry 75% - swine 25%).
- To lead negotiations in the Animal Nutrition field: premix, additives, enzymes and biosecurity.
- To promote Services.

To keep and to follow up the current client portfolio as well as to increase new customers
**Qualification and experience**:

- _ Compulsory_:

- High Degree in technical issues on a priority-basis: Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineer.
- 15 years of minimum sale demonstrated professional experience in the monogastric area in the Spanish market, especially in poultry field (Layers and Broilers) and Turkeys.
- To be knowledgeable in nutrition, pathology and management areas.
- _ It will be considered as an extra the following fields of experience_:

- Premix and additives entreprises.
- Pharmacological entreprises.
- Genetic enterprises.
- Production enterprises.
- Slaughterhouse and transformer companies, if a relationship with decision maker of the market existed.
