A leading financial sector is looking to onboard Proposal Coordinator on contract basis for 5 months working remote in Toronto/Montreal/Waterloo location.

**Your new role**

The Proposal Team is the gateway to company’s Group Benefits new business and is recognized as a key contributor to the sales process.

The Proposal Coordinator supports company’s Group Benefits Business Development teams across Canada by logging, tracking, and reporting on Request For Proposals (RFPs).

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Attention to detail, accuracy and speed of execution are key.
- Possess strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Efficient at working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingualism (French & English) is a strong asset in this role. Group Benefits knowledge is an asset.
