SGS Brightsight offers security evaluations and certificates on behalf of the major payment schemes and industry organisations to ensure the right level of security is obtained. These services are provided to IC manufacturers, (embedded) secure device manufacturers, card suppliers and service providers. **Job Description**:
Why is paying with your mobile secure? How does my car only open when I approach it? How is it ensured that my digital passport is accepted word wide without any security concerns? Why is my data, which is stored in the cloud, secure against attacks by criminals?

The answer is: To ensure that software and devices are secure, they are be tested by a Security Evaluator.

With almost 40 years of experience SGS Brightsight is the number 1 Security lab in the world. We have been training technical graduates (BSc, MSC, PhD) to become a Security Evaluator recognized by many international schemes. In our internal training program you will gather knowledge about different attacks, different evaluation methodologies and of the protection against attacks of devices that are almost ready to be launched on the market. After that, an experienced trainer will be assigned to guide you in your first Evaluation projects.

For these reasons it might not surprise you that our people are also recruited globally. More than 35 nationalities are represented in our company and help us to understand the needs of our customers. With 7 labs worldwide and more to come, an international career in Security Evaluation is waiting for you. We have trainee positions in our labs in: Delft (NL), Barcelona (ES) and Graz, (AT). After training there are also opportunities to move to Meyreuil (FR), Madrid (ES) and Beijing and Shanghai (CH) or Taipee (TW).

**Qualifications**:
To become a trainee in our company you need to have the following qualities:

- graduate as a BSc. MSc, PD Eng, PhD in a technical field, preferred Information Security, electronical engineering, telecommunication, mathematics, or related.
- have a passion for understanding and analyzing devices.
- capability of keeping an eye on the important things within an enormous quantity of data.
- writing things down in a report does not scare you off.
- good language skills in English.
- interest in Security to be seen in choice of courses, hobbies or other.
