El Sales Representative es un rol clave para tomar decisiones comerciales para desarrollar y potenciar la venta de productos de los delegados en los hospitales en la zona asignada. Trabajarás con algunas de nuestras reconocidas marcas y productos como SYSTANE® para conseguir los objetivos de venta e incrementar el posicionamiento en el mercado

Debido al crecimiento y a las posibilidades en el mercado español actualmente estamos buscando a un Sales Representative que se encargará de ventas presenciales y remotas para hospitales en la zona de Andalucía. Tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollarte y crecer en un equipo clave dentro de la compañía y en plena expansión.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Realizar la presentación del fármaco y el análisis de las oportunidades de negocio en cada una de las cuentas Hospitalarias.- Definir y establecer el plan estratégico de acción y planificar las acciones necesarias para gestionar de forma eficaz su Hospital.- Identificar y convencer al facultativo clave para conseguir la solicitud y la
- aprobación del producto por la Comisión de Farmacia para introducir el mismo en las Farmacias Hospitalarias, con el objetivo de iniciar el proceso de venta del producto en el Hospital.- Mantener interacción de forma asidua con todos los miembros del servicio del
- área terapéutica, proporcionándoles información sobre determinados estudios científicos y ensayos clínicos.- Detectar y analizar oportunidades de negocio y/o la posibilidad de
- prestar ayuda a los facultativos en investigaciones o análisis que puedan o quieran realizar, con el objetivo de incentivar la rotación del producto así como incrementar el uso del mismo.- Proponer acciones promocionales acordes con el código deontológico para incrementar la cuota de mercado y fidelizar al cliente.- Realizar el control y seguimiento del presupuesto asignado.

**Requisitos**:
- Experiência previa en ventas, delegado de farmacia, visitas médicas o similar- Valorable experiência en el sector farmacéutico u oftalmológico- Español y nível intermedio de inglés- Graduado en ciencias de la salud o ventas- Carnet de conducir- Pensamiento comercial y analítico; enfocado a objetivos- Interés por desarrollarse y adquirir conocimientos oftalmológicos
