- As a Business Intelligence and Data Team Lead, you will manage a team of data analysts and oversee data projects. _
- Strong communication skills are essential in this role, as you will need to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams. You should be able to clearly convey complex technical concepts and ideas and provide guidance and direction to the data team. _
- In addition to excellent communication skills, you should also have a strong understanding of data management and analysis and experience leading a team and managing project timelines. Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques and experience with SQL and Python are also required._
- You should be data-driven in your decision-making, have a working understanding of fraud prevention concepts, and be able to independently define and report vital KPIs for complex web projects. _
- Additional requirements include prior experience working with web platforms and websites, excellent presentation skills, and fluency in English. At least 10 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and management is required. _
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience with reinforced and human-assisted machine learning is also a big plus._

**What Will You Be Responsible For?**
- Leading and managing a team of data analysts
- Overseeing data projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Communicating with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to provide guidance and direction
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for a number of initiatives and projects
- Identifying and preventing fraudulent activity through data analysis
- Reviewing and reporting on global company performance indicators
- Utilizing data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate findings and insights
- Using SQL and programming languages, such as Python, to manipulate and analyze data
- Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in data management and analysis
- Developing and delivering presentations to various audiences, including senior management and stakeholders
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for data projects
- Providing regular updates and reports on the status of data projects and the performance of the data team
- Being hands-on with data analytics, actively analyzing and manipulating data using tools and techniques such as SQL and Python
- Ensuring your team has all the tools and capabilities to provide business value

**Requirements**:
As a Business Intelligence and Data Team Lead, you will need to have:

- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and management
- A strong understanding of data management and analysis
- Proven ability to provide decision making data about user trends
- Experience leading a team and managing project timelines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
- Excellent, engaging presentation skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Prior experience working with web platforms and websites
- Knowledge of Docker (a plus)
- A data-driven mindset in decision making
- A working understanding of fraud prevention concepts
- The ability to independently define and report vital KPIs for complex web projects
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts (a plus)
- Experience with reinforced and human-assisted machine learning (a plus)
- Working experience in Agile and SCRUM, Kanban (required)
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field
