**¿Qué buscamos?**
Como Assistant Store Manager colaborarás activamente con el Store Manager en la ejecución de todas las actividades de la tienda.
Junto con el Store Manager, serás responsable del correcto y exitoso funcionamiento de la tienda: te encargarás de formar, inspirar y guiar al equipo hacia la consecución de los objetivos asignados en términos de ventas, calidad de servicio, fidelización y crecimiento, con el fin de ofrecer a nuestros clientes una experiência omnicanal de alto nível y maximizar las ventas.
También será responsable de supervisar todas las operaciones en tienda, proporcionando formación, supervisión y apoyo constantes.
Eres la persona perfecta para nosotros si:
- Tienes al menos 2 año de experiência demostrada como Manager, principalmente en Retail Premium.
- Tienes experiência en coaching y desarrollo de equipos.
- Eres un Líder natural, siempre altamente motivado y predicando con el ejemplo.
- Dirigir el equipo para alcanzar los objetivos personales y de la tienda (KPIs).
- Capacidad de planificación y gestión del tiempo para dirigir las operaciones diarias.
- Tiene fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Flexible y capaz de realizar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Dominio del inglés y del idioma local; otros idiomas son más que bienvenidos.
