Electrical Engineer

Our client is an **innovative and fast-growing international company** specializing in providing sustainable productivity solutions.

We are looking for an** ELECTRICAL ENGINEER** to join the **New Product Development Team**.

The appointed person will be responsible for the electrical design and development of assigned projects, primarily focusing on **Energy Storage** and **Hybrid Power Systems**.

**The main responsibilities for this position include**:

- Design and develop electrical systems for new **Energy Storage products** (such as battery-inverter systems, battery and energy management systems, control panels, PLC programming, power connections, wiring calculations, communication between different machine modules, etc.).
- Create and maintain technical documentation for supplier assembly and aftermarket service of the machinery. The relevant CAE modules used are Eplan P8, Pro Panel, and Harness.
- Manage issues identified during the manufacturing process to ensure continuous improvements.
- Collaborate closely with other departments and external partners to ensure and optimize designs.
- Cooperate and supervise the prototyping and industrialization processes of projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in similar roles.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Eplan.
- Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
- General knowledge of electronics.
- Understanding of electrical machinery.
- Professional proficiency in English.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of electrical regulations and certifications (CE Mark and UL/CSA certifications are desirable).
- Experience with Harness.
- Familiarity with batteries or solar systems.
- Knowledge Energy Storage systems.
