Head Chef

We need a head chef from 1 July 2023 to help us out (either for one month or for the rest of the season, untill end September). We run a small rural hotel&restaurant in Asturias and guests enjoy the fact that we offer cosmopolitan food with a focus on fresh fruit and vegetables.
Tasks
\- Cooking and plating of a meal consisting of appetizer and fresh bread, soup, salad, main course (with a vegetarian option) and desert for 6-18 dinner guests.
\- Assisting with meal planning and grocery lists
\- Assist in cleaning up and setting up for the next mornings breakfast

This is a contract position, so the benefits are per contract to Asturian guidelines. We also offer onsite accommodation in a basic volunteer house (note that the accommodation may be shared with other workers).
