**About the job**

In your role as a Recruiter you will be based in our Spain office and your main focus will be recruiting top driven sellers as well as other support roles to the Spanish organization. You will own the recruitment process for your roles and work closely with hiring managers (mostly the sales manager). You will also perform some administrational tasks and for the right person the role might develop towards HR related tasks as well.
- Tasks on a daily basis _
- Write first class adds
- Create innovative sourcing strategies
- Create contracts
- Perform any administrational tasks linked to the recruitment process

You probably have a degree in an HR related field or previous experience in recruitment, but most importantly you have a genuine interest in talent acquisition To acé this role you make a great first impression and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. It is a big plus if you have a network of contacts in Fuengirola.
