Leading the Total Rewards (TR) function for Operations EMEA, this position will be responsible for providing strategic direction, guidance and value-added support to HR and the business in all aspects of Compensation and Benefits towards achieving MG’s goals and objectives. The position will also be part of and continue to support the ongoing development of the EMEA Total Rewards Centre of Excellence (CoE).

Role & General responsibilities
- Provides consultation to business leadership to develop and refine Total Rewards policies, programs and procedures, for the unique needs of the Operations.
- Executes on regional EMEA guidance, policy, governance and strategic direction
- Conducts briefings with Operations senior leadership on the structure of Total Rewards programs with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Advises on compensation and benefits programs (country) and packages (individual) aimed at attracting, retaining and motivating key talent.
- Conducts job grading, salary benchmarking and other market analyses
- Recommends and establishes appropriate market competitive benefit and recognition programs for Operations.
- Manages annual processes in countries and keeps to timeline; Merit review, Salary benchmarking, Salary budget planning, Global Incentive Plan, Sales Incentive Plan and other variable incentive plans and benefit programs.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills
- Master’s or MBA degree in human resources, finance, business or other related discipline
- Expert knowledge of the concepts, principles and techniques pertaining to the various discipline areas of Compensation & Benefits
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
