**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and market presence for EtherMail.
- Support the analysis and reporting of marketing KPIs, enabling data-driven decisions to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to successfully launch client projects, contributing to their overall success and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Support the growth and development of the marketing team by actively participating in mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to drive maximum impact.

**Requi**rements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for marketing and a basic understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to take initiative, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the marketing field.
