[hybrid] Sales Account Executive

**Year 1 on-target earnings €51,250 (Uncapped + Accelerators)**
- Starting salary €35,000 base
- Performance bonus €2,500 per year
- On target commissions € 13,750 **(uncapped)**:

- Permanent contract + 28 days of paid time off (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Up to 4 days of additional paid time off per year.
- Sales run incentives
- Hybrid work set up - 3 days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) in the office
- Work from home on Mondays & Fridays.
- Work with cross-cultural teams in UK, USA, South Africa, New Zealand and the Philippines.
- Start date: ASAP / negotiable

**Requirements**:

- Speaks German at native level & an excellent level of English
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
- We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen
