Customer: important têxtile company, with presence in international markets, specialised in recycled fibres needs to incorporate.

Position: Head of Content (Maternity Leave)

Location: Madrid

Functions:

- Work in collaboration with the Partnership manager to support the partnership strategies generating materials and campaign needed to launch collaborations and alliances.
- Drive the Creative lead in order to define and plan the consistenty of the brand image across all touchpoints.
- Manage the Copywriter/Community Manager position to ensure the consistency of the brand voice across all communication platform.
- Work in collaboration with our fashion and brand partners to elaborate efficient cross content strategies for collabs campaigns and on-going co-branding (hang tags, digital, social, PR ).
- Work in collaboration with our Sustainability team to produce educational content and messaging.
- Work in collaboration with our Marketing Intelligence Manager to track content efficiency and draw learnings and best practices for future content production.
- Identification of the most relevant influencers and brands to collaborate with.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing / Digital.
- 5+ years of professional experience working in marketing planification, content production or related fields.
- Experience leading a Global Content Strategy and planning across multiple social, digital and offline channels with 6 figures+ budget.
- Knowledge of the têxtile industry, recycling industry or circular systems is a plus.
- Experience with Content Management Systems is a plus.
- High capacity to prioritize projects in order to optimize their execution.
- Highly organized and can move quickly under pressure.
- Professional level of English, Spanish is a plus.
