We are currently looking for a:
Data & Business Analysis Expert

Roles & Responsibilities:
Data Analytics and Business Analysis:

- Responsible of data extraction, analysis and visualization within the e-Commerce Centre of Expertise.
- Participate in the migration from Google Analytics 360 and the optimization of Google Analytics 4, ensuring a correct implementation and tagging of the data, that allows us to have visibility and enough granularity to understand customer behaviour on the site.
- Serve as data specialist within the team, including training, defining methodologies and giving them support with data analysis needs.
- Ensure data spread across the organization is accurate and collaborate with other analytics functions to ensure we have a cohesive data ecosystem.
- Create dashboards that help us to monitor business, detect potential issues and improvement opportunities; many times, mixing different sources of information.
- Develop a proactive business monitoring framework that allow us to have a close understanding of the business and take quick decisions, especially during the trading season.
- Define templates and provide data for follow-up meetings with top and mid management.
- Define a methodology to measure the impact on main variables (conversion, average ticket, etc.) of the actions done on the web, with a special focus on monitoring the purchase funnel.
- Transform data into actionable business insights and formulate hypothesis to be tested/improved.
- Liaise with agencies to step-change the implementation of our analytics tools, including tag managers, cookie management platforms, etc.
- Coordination with technical teams of the implementation/development when and if necessary.
- Provide other Customer team members with actionable insights and quantitative information, including but not limited to surveys, user feedback, etc.
- Elaboration of business cases to address specific business opportunities.
- Support the Corporate e-Commerce Director in the Budgeting and Forecasting process, as well as participating on the monitoring of the KPIs of the FPP / Strategic Plan.
- Support the parks teams providing them with data to back-up specific needs and analysis.

**Requirements**:
Languages:

- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Other European languages (German, French, Italian) would be an advantage.

**Education**:

- BA/BS degree in an analytical field such as Maths/Statistics/Digital Business/Computer Science - preferred
- Postgraduate in these previous areas will be of added value.

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years of experience in data-rich functions, within digital departments / agencies.
- Strong experience using Google Analytics and other analytics tools, like Adobe Analytics and/or others
- Good experience managing tag managers (Tealium, Google Tag Managers,) and creating and step-changing web data layers.
- Usage of dashboarding and analytical tools, such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.
- Knowledge of database technology and data programming, such as SAS, SQL, Big Query, R/R Studio, Python, etc.
- Experience with advanced UX / behavioural analytics tools, such as Content Square, Quantum Metric, etc. would be a plus.
- Strong analytical ability - ability to turn large data sets into actionable insights.
- Superb Microsoft Office skills: Excel and PowerPoint.
- e-Commerce savvy/literate, a strong understanding of drivers of conversion in e-Commerce.
- Experience in B2C businesses, especially in sectors like Entertainment, Travel and Hospitality.
