The Role

As a Manager, Professional Services Projects, you will provide and oversee ongoing support to complex OT systems throughout the world, ensuring reliability, system performance and world-class customer satisfaction. This challenging and fast paced environment provides opportunity for engineers to expand their technical knowledge in all aspects of the energy utility industry by solving complex, real The successful applicant will contribute to project delivery excellence in support of utility customers in the energy generation transmission and distribution industries.

Your Impact
- Provide world-class support through creative, intelligent, efficient, and flexible solutions to a variety of technical challenges.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through professional, efficient, pleasant, and helpful communication.
- Gain technical expertise in all aspects of the energy utility industry through daily interactions with our global customer base.
- Provide remote technical support of complex computer-based control data systems to ensure customers system is properly maintained with the highest level of reliability.
- Provide leadership capacity through a supportive and engaging culture.
- Support customers as they deploy, configure and report incidents with their OSI system.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate, and document customer incidents in a timely, efficient, and professional manner according to contract maintenance and warranty.
- Stay up to date with relevant federal and state law and regulations and document all customer interactions.
- Manage staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
- Lead teams in the development of new solutions and processes.
- Oversee support logistics and resource allocation.
- Assist in creating training materials and support documentation as needed.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field.
- Internship experience or at least 1 year of experience providing customer technical support.
- Strong technical background in automation and computers with at least 5 years’ of technical customer support experience.
- Familiarity with public utilities is a plus.
- Knowledge of computer programming preferred.
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
