**Responsibilities**:

- implementation and management of consumer loan product and process,
- the product management covered in full scope, including pricing and risk management,
- continuous product and process improvements implementations to increase its efficiency and boost the Company's revenues,
- implementation and oversight of procedures and policies in compliance with applicable law,
- development of operational KPIs,
- cooperation with commercial partner on the field of process optimization,
- management of relationship, agreements and reports between the company and external service/database providers,
- diligent and compliant management of internal operational team using targets and reports,
- guiding, coaching and developing team members,
- at a later stage of the project: taking part in implementation of operational IT system with reference to all the topics above.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of work experience in operation management roles in the Spanish consumer loan environment,
- deep knowledge of local consumer credit environment, process and product (both from pricing and risk perspective),
- experience in building consumer credit process from scratch is a plus,
- Bachelor/Master's degree,
- MS Office knowledge,
- languages: English (full professional/native/bilingual), Spanish (full professional/native/bilingual),
- highly developed organizational, administrational and managerial skills,
- ability to manage various tasks and projects at the same time,
- getting things done attitude/problem-solving skills,
- excellent communication skills,
- ability to focus on details and technicalities while simultaneously retaining vision of the big picture,
- proficient in analyzing data to make fact-based decisions,
- team player and capable of interacting with mother company culture (experience in reporting to foreign ownership is a plus),
- relationship and leadership skills.
