Para nuestro departamento de Marketing Digital buscamos a un/a Communication Content & Social Media Management. La misión del puesto será Implementar la estrategia de contenidos de marca definida en el ámbito de la comunicación y ecommerce, adaptándola a los canales off/online, redes sociales e influencers, impulsando el valor de marca y posicionamiento de Lyreco como líder del mercado.

Funciones principales:

- Crear el contenido de marca desde la adquisición hasta la retención y/o las estrategias de fidelización, asegurando que es de valor y cubre las necesidades del cliente y de la estrategia global de Lyreco en los ámbitos de la comunicación externa y redes sociales e influencers.
- Crear, organizar y asesorar sobre el contenido de comunicación, producto y/o marca para llevar a cabo las acciones de relaciones públicas, comunicación externa y dinamización de las redes sociales de Lyreco, además de cubrir todas las solicitudes de ecommerce (blog, landing pages, notas de prensa, infografías, business cases, post/concursos en social media entre otros).
- Crear, organizar y controlar la gestión directa con medios de comunicación para la realización de colaboraciones en revistas, periódicos, etc. así como la creación y redacción de cualquier contenido para mejorar el valor de la marca y su posicionamiento.
- Utilizar estrategias y metodologías de atracción y crecimiento acelerado de clientes a partir de la creación de contenido de marca a lo largo de todo el embudo y basándonos en técnicas creativas y disruptivas que ayuden a reforzar el posicionamiento de Lyreco y generar impacto en el negocio.
- Controlar y dar recomendaciones para asegurar que se cumplen los estándares de marca para las diferentes campañas y planes de acción dentro de la estrategia global (desde copywriting a posicionamiento de marca).
- Crear, organizar y controlar el calendario de redes sociales y escucha activa y gestión de la comunidad e influencers en redes sociales, alineada con los valores de la marca, el producto y el calendario de comunicación definido.
- Analizar y medir el resultado de las acciones dirigidas para potenciar el posicionamiento de la marca y la experiência de cliente, así como la medición de indicadores de las redes sociales y crecimiento de nuestra comunidad online.
- Dar soporte e intercambiar contenidos con otras personas internas y externas de la organización que tengan impacto en la estrategia global de comunicación y la reputación de la marca, para asegurar un correcto posicionamiento de Lyreco.

**Requisitos**:

- Grado en Publicidad, Periodismo, Audiovisuales, Traducción e Interpretación, Marketing, ADE o similares.
- Master o Especialidad en Comunicación, redes sociales o marca.
- Idiomas: Nível de inglés equivalente a un Advanced
- Conocimiento del ecosistema digital, gestión de redes sociales y técnicas de Inbound marketing, además de comunicación de marca en medios tradicionales de comunicación externa y posicionamiento de marca.
- Google Analytics, Hubspot u otra herramienta de publicación en redes sociales, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram y Youtube, además de medios como prensa, radio, clipping, etc.
- Al menos 2-3 años de experiência de campo desarrollando acciones de comunicación off/online, creando contenido de marca, y en social media. Valorable conocimiento en social listening y gestión comunidad en social media.
