**Job Summary**:
You will tackle some of the highest impact and most challenging problems related to managing our fleet of vehicles across a growing number of cities. As a Sr Ops Associate, you will oversee market KPIs with the goal of monitoring and improving these metrics to enhance both top-line revenue and bottom-line city profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage initiatives aimed at improving competitive positioning, market share, and growth.
- Optimize vehicle supply (quantity and location) to match hyper-local demand patterns through data-driven operational initiatives.
- Oversee cost management strategies including FM take rate, ad-hoc expenses, AD/EOL processes, spare parts monitoring, impounds, and supervise repair strategies to optimize cash generation.
- Managing in-house operations and general service center activities including spare parts, repairs, etc
- Monitor business performance across relevant KPIs, conduct deep-dive investigations, and understand the root causes behind metric performance.
- Own business performance reporting and strategic content distribution to executive leadership.
- Perform ad hoc strategy, research, modeling, and analytics projects to guide decision-making in our evolving industry.
- Develop and scale local services or programs customized to market needs, supporting other teams and scaling best practices globally.
- Oversee data management and dashboard creation to track and improve operations.
- Lead cross-functional work streams, ensuring a Rider-centric approach to operations.
- Drive growth strategy initiatives by identifying new opportunities for market expansion and increasing rider adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement rider acquisition and retention strategies.
- Enhance rider support by identifying pain points in the rider journey and implementing solutions to improve the overall rider experience. Analyze rider feedback and data to develop programs that increase rider satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Government Partnerships team to build and maintain relationships with city stakeholders.

**Must Haves**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct deep-dive investigations and understand root causes behind metric performance.
- Ability to travel in Spain and Portugal
