Platform Buyer

**Scope**:
**_ Platform Buyer_** is responsible for coordinating all the activities related to the procurement of products and services required for the project under development, guaranteeing the observance of requirements of price and quality demanded by the Platform, and having, as the final purpose, the total customer satisfaction and the achievement of the project’s goals.

**Your role**:

- Constituting the interface of suppliers within the platform;
- Ensuring that the supply contracts contain all the scheduled requirements (times, costs, performance, quality) and that the respective suppliers have integrated them correctly;
- Participating, within the platform team, in preparing the supplier APQP Plan of any developing components, and guaranteeing the congruence between the timeframes requested to the suppliers and those of the project;
- Ensuring that the suppliers observe the scheduled plans, with special attention to the delivery of the first samples, soliciting and directly acting on the supplier in case of criticalities;
- Planning and coordinating the activities associated with any modifications/changes (PMF) of supplier and/or production process changes of the purchased components in the development phase;
- Guaranteeing observance of the estimated costs for the purchased components, pursuing, in compliance with the applicable standards, all the possible opportunities for “savings”;
- Supporting the reference Logistic Department so the prototype pieces arrive within the timing necessary to the project development.

**Your backpack is filled with**:

- Industrial Engineering/ADE or similar.
- **3 year’s experience minimum.**:

- Strong communication skill.
- English fluent.
- MS Office.
